Keep your roster ready for the next season.
An organised roster makes first orders and later replacements easier to review.
Separate jersey and shorts sizes
A player may need different sizes for different pieces. Record both, together with name, number and quantity. Preserve leading zeros where those are intentional and resolve duplicate numbers before approval.
Freeze the approved version
Agree a roster revision before production. Keep a copy with the approved garment chart and design revision. Avoid sending several contradictory spreadsheets through separate channels.
Plan repeat orders early
Ask how fabric availability, minimum quantities and colour matching will be handled for later orders. A previous design does not guarantee the same fabric or schedule remains available.
