This notice explains the information used to review a teamwear inquiry and the optional analytics used on this website.

Designing and downloading

Device saves use your browser’s local storage. They are not a cloud account or a production approval. A downloaded brief stays on your device. Preparing or downloading a brief alone does not send it to KITVERRA.

Sending an inquiry

When the live Send inquiry button is available and you choose to use it, your contact details, organisation, destination, quantities and the attached design, roster or artwork are stored privately in the KITVERRA WordPress inquiry panel. Only provide player information and artwork you are authorised to share. We use these details to review your requirements and respond to the inquiry; sending a brief does not place an order.

Hosting and access

The website uses Hostinger hosting. The selected website server is in the USA. Inquiry records are restricted to the website administrator and are included in hosting backups. They are not placed in the public media library. If email notifications are configured, the notification contains an inquiry reference and an administrator link, rather than the complete artwork or roster.

Optional Google Analytics

Analytics is loaded only after you allow it through Privacy choices. Our analytics events exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, roster entries and artwork. Website hosts and analytics providers can process technical request information under their own privacy notices. You can change your analytics choice using the footer control.

Questions and requests

Use the contact route and select General inquiry to ask about your inquiry information, request a correction or request removal of information that is no longer needed. KITVERRA may need to verify the request before changing a record. Do not include additional player information just to make a privacy request.
