KITVERRA / Buyer help
Teamwear questions, answered.
Practical answers about customization, sizing, samples and planning a club or wholesale order.
Customization
How do I start a custom teamwear design?
Choose a product from the catalogue and keep its design reference. Open its matching customizer where available, then prepare a brief with your club colours, authorised logos, player names, numbers and intended use.
Can I change every part of a design in the online customizer?
Controls vary by product. Some designs support editable artwork; others use an approved image with text, number, logo or fabric-tone controls. Use only the options shown for that style. A screen preview is a design reference, not a final production file or exact colour match.
Can I add club logos, sponsors and individual player details?
Include the artwork you are authorised to use and a checked player roster in your brief. Review spelling, number contrast and placement on both views. Confirm the decoration method and final artwork revision before production.
Does saving or downloading a preview place an order?
No. A saved design or downloaded preview does not place an order. Use the sample or quote request and keep a copy of the preview and design reference. Order details and approval are confirmed separately.
Sizes & fit
How should we choose sizes for a team?
Use the size and roster planning guide and prepare a size list for each garment. Confirm the relevant measurement chart for your chosen construction; do not assume the same size label fits identically across different products.
Can we specify different sizes for tops and bottoms?
List shirt or jacket sizes separately from shorts or trousers in your request. Ask the team to confirm the available combinations for the chosen style in the quotation.
What should youth, goalkeeper or equipment-based teams check?
Identify youth or adult fit, goalkeeper requirements and any clothing worn over equipment. Check garment measurements, movement and coverage with a representative sample before approving the size run.
What information belongs in the player roster?
List each garment, quantity, size, player-name spelling and number. Check duplicate numbers and separate home, away, goalkeeper and staff items. Share personal player details through your inquiry rather than publishing the roster.
Samples & approval
How do I request a sample?
Send the product and design reference, garment construction, required sample size, artwork requirements, expected bulk quantity and delivery destination. Say whether you need a standard garment sample or one using your club artwork.
Are samples free, and how long do they take?
Sample availability, cost, shipping and timing are confirmed in your quotation. Ask which specifications the sample represents and whether its charge is separate from the bulk order. No fixed sample price or turnaround is promised on this page.
What should we check before approving a sample?
Review measurements, movement, coverage, fabric feel, stitching, colours and decoration placement. Check all pieces of a set and both faces of reversible garments. Record changes and confirm the final artwork and size breakdown before production.
Is the colour on my screen the final garment colour?
No. Screens and digital mockups can show colours differently from physical materials. Agree colour references and assess the relevant sample before approving production.
Orders & delivery
What are the minimum order quantity and prices?
Minimum quantities and pricing depend on the requested garment and specification and are confirmed in a written quotation. Include quantities by garment and size, decoration, packaging and sample needs so the quote covers the actual order.
What should a club or wholesale inquiry include?
Include the sport, design references, garment list, quantities, sizes, artwork, delivery country and city, and required arrival date. Identify separate teams, specialist garments and any private-label requirements.
Can you quote for delivery outside Pakistan?
KITVERRA welcomes inquiries from the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK and Europe. Include your destination and required arrival date. Confirm production timing, shipment method and responsibility for shipping and import costs in the quotation.
How do we plan a repeat order or a change?
Keep the approved design reference, artwork revision, colour references and garment specification. For a reorder or requested change, contact the team with the previous details and new quantities. Availability, pricing, timing and whether a change is possible must be confirmed for that request.
Need help with your own specification?
Send your design reference, quantities and delivery needs. Our team can help clarify the details for your sample or quotation.
