Sourcing guide

A better brief. A clearer quote.

The most useful starting point is a clear description of what your team needs, where it is going and when you need it.

Start with the collection

List each garment separately: match jersey, shorts, training top and travel pieces. Add the sport, fit group, intended use and quantity for each. A collection total alone can hide different product requirements.

Keep commercial assumptions visible

Include destination country, delivery postcode if known and your required arrival date. Ask the quotation to separate sample costs, bulk costs, freight, duties and taxes, and to state when the production clock starts.

Attach the right references

Use your own artwork or references you have permission to share. Include logo files, colour references, placement notes and a roster draft. A reference image communicates direction; it is not automatically editable or approved for printing.

Use this guide to prepare your questions. The final specification and commercial terms are agreed for your order.
