Artwork guide

From screen colour to approved artwork.

A digital kit is a design decision. A signed-off sample is a production decision. Keep those two steps connected.

Prepare original artwork

Supply the best original logo file available, identify fonts and state the intended dimensions. Outline or license fonts where needed during production preparation. Avoid assuming a small web image can be enlarged without loss.

Confirm colour physically

Screen colours vary by display and lighting. Record a physical colour reference and review the relevant printed fabric or sample. Fabric, ink and decoration method can change the result.

Approve an exact revision

Record the design ID, artwork revision, placement sizes and approved colour references. Any later change should trigger review of the affected artwork or sample before bulk production.
