How to plan a bulk teamwear order for a multi-team club

A club with several squads needs more than a good-looking jersey. The order must connect the club identity, each team’s garment needs and a reliable list of sizes and player details. Prepare one shared brief before collecting separate requests from coaches.

Start with the teams and the garments

List every squad, age group and intended use. Separate match kits, goalkeeper garments, practice wear, warm-ups and accessories. A senior match jersey and a junior training top may use the same colours while requiring different fits and artwork layouts.

For a mixed-sport academy, keep one club identity but specify the construction for each sport. A basketball set, an ice hockey jersey and a soccer kit should not be treated as interchangeable products.

Create one controlled roster

Use one row per player and one owner for the final roster. Record the squad, garment, size, name spelling and number. Keep coach or staff items separate, and identify pieces that need no personalisation. Do not use an approximate team total as a substitute for a size breakdown.

Confirm fit before approving the full order

Size labels can differ between garment ranges and suppliers. Request the measurement information for the specific product. Where needed, discuss a fit sample and how players should compare measurements. Decide who is responsible for collecting and approving sizes before production begins.

Build a club artwork pack

Provide the club name, logo files, chosen colours and sponsor artwork. Include front and back placements for each garment, rather than assuming that a jersey layout will also suit a bag or a pair of shorts. Confirm that the club has permission to use the submitted logos and sponsor marks.

Keep a clear revision name for the approved artwork. A screenshot from an older conversation can be useful context, but the final production approval should identify the agreed version and garment.

Set one approval process

Choose one person who can sign off the roster, artwork, samples and delivery details. Ask coaches to review their own squads before that final approval. Record any change made afterwards so that it cannot be mistaken for an earlier version.

Discuss the schedule using separate stages: design review, size and artwork approval, sampling where agreed, production and transport. Confirm the timeline in the written quotation for the actual quantity and destination.

Keep repeat orders in mind

Save the approved design reference and the exact garment details. Ask how future additions, replacement items and smaller repeat quantities will be handled. Keeping those records helps a club preserve its identity as players and squads change.

Send a clear brief to KITVERRA

Use the teamwear collections to choose the relevant sport and garments, then explore the available design styles. Submit the product, approximate quantity, size requirements, personalisation and destination through the inquiry form. Minimum quantities, pricing, samples and delivery dates are confirmed for your specific request in a written quotation.
